Polymaker PolyMax Tough PLA in White (1.75 mm, 3000 g) is a high-quality 3D printing filament that combines the ease of printing of standard PLA with significantly enhanced mechanical properties. Thanks to Polymaker's exclusive Nano-Reinforcement technology, this material offers excellent toughness and impact resistance, far surpassing conventional PLA. It is the ideal choice for users looking to print robust functional prototypes and tools without sacrificing the user-friendliness of PLA. Recommended printing temperatures range between 210 °C and 230 °C, with a heated bed temperature of 25 °C to 60 °C being sufficient. PolyMax Tough PLA is also dimensionally stable and less prone to warping, leading to precise print results. Applications range from mechanical parts, fasteners, and gears to casings that require higher load-bearing capacity. However, please note that like all PLA-based filaments, this material has limited heat resistance and is not suitable for environments with continuously high temperatures. Overall, PolyMax Tough PLA offers an excellent balance of print quality, strength, and processability.
