Polymaker PolyTerra PLA Hellorange is an eco-friendly and high-performance 3D printing filament made from biodegradable PLA (Polylactic Acid). This material stands out for its ease of use and delivers consistent results with a smooth surface finish. The Hellorange color is vibrant and perfect for eye-catching prints. PolyTerra PLA is designed for easy processing: a nozzle temperature of 190–230 °C and a heated bed temperature of 25–60 °C are recommended. The filament exhibits low warping tendencies and does not require an enclosed build chamber. Key strengths include high tensile strength and minimal shrinkage, enabling precise prints. Additionally, the filament is spooled on a recycled cardboard reel, reducing environmental impact. However, it should be noted that PLA is less heat-resistant than materials like ABS or PETG, making it unsuitable for high-temperature applications. This filament is ideal for prototypes, decorative objects, toys, and model making.
