The Fiberthree F3 PA Pure Pro is a premium Nylon filament (Polyamide) engineered for industrial demands and challenging 3D printing projects. This material excels in mechanical strength, toughness, and outstanding wear resistance. Compared to standard PLA or ABS, PA Pure Pro offers significantly better heat resistance and impact strength, making it ideal for functional prototypes and durable parts. For optimal results, a nozzle temperature between 260°C and 290°C along with a heated bed at 80–100°C is recommended. Due to Nylon's tendency to absorb moisture, drying the filament before printing (approx. 4–8 hours at 70–80°C) is essential to prevent print defects. Applications range from gears and bearings to robust enclosures in the automotive and mechanical engineering sectors. Key strengths include high chemical resistance and low friction, while requirements for an enclosed build chamber and the necessity of pre-drying should be considered as limitations.
