Prusament PETG Anthracite Grey is a premium 3D printing filament renowned for its exceptional mechanical strength and chemical resistance. This material combines the ease of printing of PLA with the heat resistance and toughness of ABS, making it an ideal choice for functional prints and mechanical parts. Anthracite Grey offers a professional, dark gray finish that is also UV-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor applications. Thanks to its NFC compatibility, the filament can easily connect to Prusa printers to automatically detect and configure print settings. For optimal results, a print temperature between 230°C and 250°C and a heated bed of 70°C to 85°C are recommended. PETG is resistant to oils, greases, and acids, though it tends to string, so proper retraction settings are important. It is excellent for mechanical parts, enclosures, tools, and outdoor applications, but requires good ventilation as it may emit odors during printing.
