Prusament Woodfill Pastel Brown 1kg (NFC)

Prusament Woodfill Pastel Brown is a premium 3D printing filament based on PLA, enriched with fine wood particles. This material combines the easy printability of PLA with the unique aesthetic and tactile properties of real wood. The spool weighs 1000g and has a diameter of 1.75mm. Thanks to integrated NFC tags, users can conveniently read essential product information such as material type and color using their smartphone. Woodfill is ideal for applications where a natural look is prioritized, such as decorative objects, vases, or architectural models. For best results, a nozzle temperature between 200°C and 210°C is recommended, while the heated bed should be set to 50-60°C. A larger nozzle diameter (starting from 0.4mm, ideally 0.6mm) is recommended to prevent clogging caused by wood particles. After printing, objects can be sanded, stained, or even oiled to enhance the wood grain texture. Strengths include low shrinkage, pleasant texture, and unique appearance. Limitations include lower mechanical strength compared to pure PLA and sensitivity to moisture, requiring proper dry storage.
