SainSmart Grey TPU Filament combines plastic and rubber-like flexibility for high-strength, durable prints. With a Shore hardness of 95A, it offers excellent abrasion resistance and low compression, outperforming rubber at higher infill. This 1.75mm filament is vacuum-sealed with desiccant to prevent moisture, weighing 0.8kg. Print at 195-230°C with a platform temperature of 40-60°C. For best results, use a direct drive extruder, print slowly (15-30 mm/s), disable retraction, and enable cooling after the first layer. Ideal for flexible prototypes, wearables, and functional parts requiring elasticity and toughness.
