Siraya Tech Fibreheart ASA-GF filament is a premium 3D printing material engineered for demanding applications. Reinforced with 10% chopped glass fiber, it offers superior strength, stiffness, and impact resistance compared to standard ASA. This filament excels in weather and UV resistance, maintaining color and physical properties in harsh outdoor environments. Its exceptional thermal stability features a glass transition temperature of 106°C and HDT of 92-97°C, making it ideal for high-temperature industrial applications. Enhanced dimensional stability and warping resistance ensure precise, consistent prints. Optimized for FDM 3D printing with recommended settings: Nozzle 250-270°C, Bed 100°C.

Print TemperatureRecommended nozzle temperature range. Stay within range for best layer adhesion and surface quality
250°C - 270°C
Bed TemperatureHeated bed temperature to prevent warping. Some materials like PLA can print without a heated bed
100°C - 110°C
