PolyLite™ ABS is made from a special ABS resin polymerized in large batches, which contains significantly fewer volatile components compared to conventional ABS resins. It offers excellent print quality with minimal odor during printing. Which 3D printers can print PolyLite™ ABS? Depending on the size of the models you want to print, PolyLite™ ABS may require a closed 3D printer or even an actively heated chamber. Generally, an open 3D printer with a bed temperature of 90°C and a print temperature of 260°C can handle models smaller than a fist. For larger prints, you’ll need an enclosed 3D printer (~40–50°C); for models larger than ~15–20 cm in any direction, an actively heated chamber is required (~70°C+). Proper bed adhesion can also help ensure that larger parts can be printed without warping or distortion issues. We recommend Magigoo or BuildTak as adhesive and bed surface options.
