Bambu Lab PLA Basic Magenta is a high-quality 3D printing filament made from polylactic acid (PLA), specifically designed for use with Bambu Lab 3D printers. PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane. This filament stands out for its ease of use, low warping tendency, and pleasant printing odor. With a diameter of 1.75 mm and a weight of 1,000 g, it provides ample material for numerous printing projects. Recommended printing temperatures range between 190 and 230 °C, while the heated bed temperature should be set to 0–60 °C. Magenta is a vibrant, bold color, making it ideal for decorative items, toys, prototypes, and functional models. PLA Basic's strengths include its high tensile strength, smooth surface finish, and excellent detail accuracy. However, PLA is less heat-resistant than materials like ABS or PETG and may deform at elevated temperatures. It is therefore better suited for indoor applications rather than outdoor use or high-temperature environments.
