BASF Ultrafuse TPU 95A is specifically designed to enable fast and easy printing with a flexible filament for Fused Filament Fabrication. Building on BASF's decades of experience with flexible materials, this material is based on the proven thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan, which stands for maximum reliability, consistent product quality and cost efficiency. With its excellent abrasion resistance, Ultrafuse TPU 95A is an excellent choice for wear applications. Parts printed with this material feature high fracture strain, good film adhesion and good resistance to oils as well as industrially used chemicals. BASF is the world's largest chemical company with sales of 59.3 billion euros (2019). Founded in Mannheim back in 1865, the company now has a workforce of over 115,000 and is headquartered in Ludwigshafen on the Rhine. All 3D printing materials produced by BASF Forward AM are manufactured within the EU.
