Kimya Tough PLA-HI Orange is a high-quality 3D printing filament that combines the benefits of PLA with enhanced toughness. This material is ideal for applications that require higher impact resistance than standard PLA while still being easy to handle. The filament has a diameter of 1.75 mm and weighs 750 g, making it versatile for various projects. Recommended print settings include a nozzle temperature between 190°C and 230°C and a bed temperature of 50°C to 60°C. A heated bed is not strictly necessary but is recommended for better adhesion. Kimya Tough PLA-HI is excellent for functional prototypes, mechanical parts, and decorative objects that need added durability. Its strengths include low warping, eco-friendliness, and ease of use. Limitations include lower heat resistance compared to ABS or PETG, which should be considered for high-temperature applications.
