Polymaker PolyLite ABS Purple is a premium 3D printing filament made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), designed for professional applications. Known for its toughness, heat resistance, and mechanical strength, ABS is perfect for functional prototypes and end-use parts. The vibrant purple color not only looks appealing but also ensures consistent printing performance, thanks to Polymaker's PolyMax™ technology, which minimizes dimensional deviations and guarantees reliable behavior. For optimal results, a nozzle temperature between 230°C and 250°C and a heated bed of 90–110°C are recommended. Due to its tendency to warp, an enclosed build chamber is advised to prevent deformations. PolyLite ABS is versatile, suitable for technical parts, casings, and model making. Its strengths include excellent mechanical durability and ease of processing, while the need for a heated bed and typical ABS odor are limitations to consider.
