Polymaker PolyMax Tough PLA in Blue (1.75 mm, 750 g) is the ideal choice for users seeking the ease of PLA combined with the durability of engineering plastics. Utilizing Polymaker's proprietary Nano-reinforcement technology, this filament delivers exceptional toughness and impact resistance, far surpassing standard PLA. It is up to nine times tougher than regular PLA and features improved heat resistance, minimizing heat-related deformations. The printing experience is seamless, offering excellent bed adhesion, minimal warping, and low odor emission. These attributes make it perfect for functional prototypes, mechanical parts, toys, and robust enclosures. Recommended printing temperatures range between 210 °C and 230 °C with a bed temperature of 0 °C to 60 °C. However, due to its PLA base, it is not recommended for applications exposed to temperatures exceeding 60 °C or outdoor use. PolyMax Tough PLA successfully bridges the gap between accessibility and performance.
