Polymaker PolyTerra PLA is an eco-friendly and easy-to-use 3D printing filament designed for everyday use. This material stands out for its excellent print quality and low warping tendency, making it an ideal choice for both beginners and advanced users. PolyTerra PLA is based on biodegradable Polylactic Acid (PLA) but includes additives to improve mechanical properties and toughness compared to standard PLA. The surface finish of prints is more matte than many other PLA filaments, giving objects a high-quality, professional look. The recommended printing temperature is between 190 and 230 °C, while a heated print bed between 25 and 60 °C ensures optimal results. This filament is perfect for rapid prototyping, decorative items, and functional models that do not require extreme heat resistance. Thanks to its good flow properties and low odor, the printing process is pleasant. However, please note that PLA is temperature sensitive and is not recommended for applications exceeding 60 °C.
