Flashforge ASA in the color 'Natural' is a premium 3D printing filament designed for demanding outdoor applications. As an alternative to ABS, ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) offers excellent weather resistance, UV stability, and high heat deflection temperature, making it an ideal choice for functional prototypes and end-use parts that need to withstand harsh environmental conditions. The material features good mechanical properties, low warping tendency, and a fine surface finish. For optimal results, it is recommended to use an enclosed build chamber to minimize shrinkage and delamination. The recommended printing temperature is between 240°C and 260°C, while the print bed should be heated to 100°C to 110°C. ASA is ideal for automotive, modeling, and architectural applications, as well as for manufacturing enclosures and tools for outdoor use. Its strengths include durability and resistance to sunlight, while limitations include the need for proper ventilation due to the typical ASA odor during printing. With Flashforge ASA, you get a reliable material that ensures precise printing performance and professional results.
