Prusament PP Glass Fiber Natural is a high-quality filament designed for demanding 3D printing projects, combining the beneficial properties of polypropylene (PP) with glass fiber reinforcement. This composite material offers improved stiffness and dimensionally stable parts while retaining the chemical resistance and impact toughness of the base material. Thanks to the glass fibers, this material exhibits a very low shrinkage rate, significantly simplifying the printing of large parts and minimizing warping. This filament is ideal for functional prototypes, mechanically stressed components, and applications in industrial environments. It is resistant to many acids, bases, and solvents, making it highly versatile. For optimal results, a heated print bed with a temperature between 90 °C and 100 °C is recommended, as PP has high heat resistance. An enclosed chamber helps to avoid drafts and improve adhesion. Due to the abrasive nature of the glass fibers, hardened steel nozzles should be used to prevent wear. Although this material is tougher than standard PP, it remains more flexible than ABS or PETG. Each spool is equipped with NFC tags for easy identification and automatic printer settings. With 10 spools of 850g each, this multipack offers an excellent solution for professional users and production environments.

Print TemperatureRecommended nozzle temperature range. Stay within range for best layer adhesion and surface quality
230°C - 250°C
Bed TemperatureHeated bed temperature to prevent warping. Some materials like PLA can print without a heated bed
90°C - 100°C

1.75 mm
Spool WeightNet weight of filament on the spool. Standard spools are 1kg (1000g)
850g
DensityMaterial density affects part weight. Higher density = heavier prints for the same volume
1.05 g/cm³
ReinforcementFiber reinforcement (Carbon/Glass/Kevlar) adds strength and stiffness but increases nozzle wear — use a hardened steel nozzle
